Kica Richardson, a native of Cleveland Ohio, who presently resides in Birmingham Alabama. A woman of God. A mother of three amazing young adults. Kica's faith in God, has sustained her through many years of struggles and adversity. Kica, knew in her heart that she was truly an entrepreneur. Which led to her at the age of 29, baking cheesecakes that were sold in the grocery stores. At age 31, she published her own magazine, naming it "Young Black In America," also referred to as Y.B.I.A. At age 33, she and a friend started running a T-Shirt Business, called Alabama Customized T-Shirts, also known as A.C.T. A few years later Kica started working, for the Birmingham Board of Education, as a Substitute Teacher and Teacher's Assistant, for about 5 years. She then went back to school for her insurance license and became one of the top agents in the company, ranking at the top in the region, for a season. After about 3 years, of experiencing great success in the insurance industry, Kica began to encounter many more hardships, which eventually led to her discovering her purpose, as a Life Coach. Kica recognized that she was an overcomer and she refuse to lie down in defeat. Kica wanted to help others, who may have find themselves stuck in a rut, sort of speak. So, in 2018, she got her certificate as a Life Strategy Coach, and started her own coaching business, "A Fresh Anointing." She also started working towards her purpose, which is to serve the youth and help them navigate through life successfully. Her desire is to prepare them to be tomorrow's leaders. She recently started her own organization, called, "Life Strategist Coaching." Kica and her team of coaches, go into the schools and coach the students on life skills. Coaching is something she has been doing pretty much her whole life. Kica has been knocked down many times in life, but her refusal to give up, makes her get back up and go even harder towards her goals and purpose.
